Content Removal Policy / Complaint Form

UtopiaEntertainment.com respects the rights and privacy of individuals and performers that appear on this website. We provide a process for reporting content that may be illegal or that may violate our standards. If you believe that content on this website violates your rights, contains unauthorized material, or should otherwise be removed, please submit a legitimate complaint through tour Content Removal Complaint Form. Please provide as much identifying information about the reported content as possible, including but not limited to:

• Identifying information about the merchant, website, and/or user that is responsible for the reported content.
• A short description detailing your problem with the reported content.
• The exact date and time you encountered the reported content on the merchant website.

Review Process:
All submitted complaints will be reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days. We will review the complaint and any relevant information, investigate fully, determine whether the reported content violates applicable laws, or our standards, and take appropriate action. You will receive a written response to your complaint.

Potential Outcomes:
Depending on the findings, we may remove or restrict access to the reported content, leave the content available if no violation is found, or take other appropriate corrective action.

Appeals:
A complainant or affected content provider may appeal a decision in writing to: kip@utopiaentertainment.com Appeals will be reviewed based on the information provided and any additional relevant information, and a final determination will be communicated within 14 business days. In the event of a disagreement regarding an appeal, the merchant agrees to cooperate in resolving the matter through an independent neutral third party, with any associated costs to be covered by the merchant.

False, fraudulent, or abusive comments in either the initial complaint and/or appeal will not be tolerated and may result in the complaint being disregarded in its entirety.
